At Lemonblush, we know that getting your order to you quickly and safely is important. We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, and we’re here to help with any questions you might have about our shipping process.
1. Where do you ship to?
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back with us in the near future as we look to expand our shipping capabilities :)
2. What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping location.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your items faster, we offer expedited shipping, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Costs for expedited shipping are calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75. This offer applies to orders shipped within the United States only.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
- Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. For expedited shipping, orders placed before 3 pm will be processed the same day. If placed after 3 pm, orders will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment at any time. If you have any questions about your shipment, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
5. What if there are delays?
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
6. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We take every precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely, but sometimes things can go wrong. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please check around your property or with neighbors. If you still can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Lemonblush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
To provide extra peace of mind, we also offer insurance at checkout. This insurance guarantees the value of your order in case it is lost or damaged during transit. If you choose to purchase insurance, please contact us directly for assistance with your claim.
7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@lemonblushbody.com. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships. If your order has already been shipped, we can’t reroute it, and you’ll need to place a new order with the correct address.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We’re working on expanding our services and hope to ship internationally in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates!
