Return & Exchange Policy

At Lemonblush, we want you to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right. Please read our return and exchange policy below:

1. How long do I have to return or exchange a product?
You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s). We understand things happen, so just let us know within this timeframe, and we’ll be happy to assist.

2. What are the conditions for returning or exchanging a product?
To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please make sure that your item is:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
We can’t accept items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use.

3. Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes, to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Final sale or clearance items.
    • Used personal care products, such as serums and scrubs.
    • Gift cards, which cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team at info@lemonblushbody.com within 14 days of shipment. Please include:
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, which may include sending a replacement.

5. How do I start a return or exchange?
For Returns and Exchanges:

Reach out to our customer service team at info@lemonblushbody.com within 21 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.

You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

For exchanges, please let us know the different product you would like to receive, and we’ll take care of the rest.

6. Will I be refunded for the shipping costs?
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

7. How long will it take to process my return?
We know you want to get things sorted quickly. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

8. Can I return a gift?
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll mail a gift certificate to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and they’ll be notified about your return.

9. Do you accept returns for international orders?
At this time, we don’t accept returns for international orders. Please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
